Owner/Director Melissa Hottenstein graduated Magna Cum Laude from Muhlenberg College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Dance and Psychology. She was accepted into the Phi Beta Kappa honor society as well as a Psi Chi psychology honor society. Melissa began her dance training at the age of 4 in Montoursville and Williamsport, PA before receiving her degree at Muhlenberg. She was awarded a dance scholarship for all four years at the college and performed in faculty and student choreographed concerts during her time at Muhlenberg. Melissa opened the Endless Mountains Dance Center in September of 2003 and has now directed 20 recitals as well as 10 student choreographed shows. She continues her dance education by taking classes and teacher training conferences in NYC as well as classes through the National Dance Education Organization (NDEO), for which she holds a membership. Most recently, Melissa was the recipient of the Choreography Award at Dancers Inc. Competition in Harrisburg, PA in March 2023 for her choreography to Bohemian Rhapsody.
