PEAK Elevate: Dance Strength & Mobility Training
Our virtual conditioning classes are designed specifically for dancers to build strength, mobility, flexibility, balance, and control. Through targeted training, dancers can improve extension height, increase jump power and elevation, develop stronger turns, and move with greater confidence and control — all while helping support injury prevention and long-term performance.
Join us live twice each week for guided training and motivation, or work at your own pace by accessing the downloadable class recordings after each session. Whether you attend live or train on your own schedule, PEAK gives dancers the tools to grow stronger, safer, and more confident in their movement.

PEAK Recharge: Move Strong, Live Calm
This virtual workout session is designed for busy moms looking to build strength, improve mobility, increase energy, release tension, and take time for themselves in a supportive and encouraging environment. These classes combine low-impact strength training, mobility work, core stability, and functional movement to help you feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in everyday life—while also promoting relaxation, stress relief, and a greater sense of calm and balance.
