EMDC Top 3! November

We're striving for learning to make SMART goals this year! The last couple weeks we focused on the "S", and this week we're moving on to "M"! M for measurable! We're progress driven people and want to be able to see our efforts are paying off.

Things to remember:

-Goals that are SMART are MEASURABLE.

This makes goals more tangible for lots of people. Have something you can visualize. A starting point, milestones, and ways to track that progress all help a goal be measurable.

What data will measure the goal? (How much, how well?)

When setting your goals this week try to find a goal that is Specific AND measurable. Share with us how you are going to measure progress this week!

Remember to fill out a health and wellness chart each week to be entered to win fun prizes!

You might be selected to be featured as one our top 3 dancers!
