We're launching something new! Join us in our weekly challenges! Each week there will be 3 key steps you can take to be accountable, raise the bar, and rock your dance year. This week here's your tasks!
STEP 1: GET CONNECTED
Work with your teachers to get your email (meaning an email YOU have access to) added to our JackRabbit portal. This will help you be responsible and stay up to date on studio news!
STEP 2: BE SELF AFFIRMING
Practice the mentality of affirmations! Affirmations are a tool for positive thinking and personal growth. Create yourself a list of "I am..." affirmations. Share your favorites with us by commenting on this post or by sending it via email to emdcstudio1@gmail.com
STEP 3: COMPLETE THE HEALTH AND WELLNESS CHART
Get a parent to sign off on our wellness chart! This is a weekly task that we'll change up every now and then. Complete extra cross training activities and set goals for yourself! Turn this sheet in to your instructors at your Monday night classes to receive credit!
We'll select 3 dancers who have completed all the items each week to be featured as our dancers of the week. Completing the activities also gets you entered for a chance to win fun rewards!
